Practice with us the yoga in its Traditional way - Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Meditation.

Timings

6:30 AM to 8:00 - Adarsh - Paldi
9:00 AM to 10:00 - At Studio
10:15 AM to 11:15 - At Studio

Registration Charges - INR 100/-

You will be awarded a Participation Certificate and a surprise gift (* If Registration is done for participation at Studio.)

On 23rd June - Yoga Asana Demonstration by students of KYA.
